Cyprus stone build 6 bedroom villa with swimming pool and a large garden. This holiday Villa is situated in a quiet area of Tochni village, Cyprus, with excellent views of the surrounding hills and the sea from the two verandas. The villa has a large yard with mature fruit trees, flowers and a swimming pool with sun beds. The attractive complexes comprise four traditional houses, furnished with comfort in mind for comfortable holidays. All the villas have either a balcony or a patio where you can relax in the sun of Cyprus, when you're not lying on a sun bed around the swimming pool. All, six bedrooms have double traditional style beds, decorated with original Cypriot materials, and they all have in suite facilities. There is air conditioning in all rooms Hot& Cold. The villa can be rented as a whole house for 16 persons, or as four separate apartments. 2 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. All four kitchens are open plan with sitting room and dinning table and they are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster, hair dryer and iron and TV. There is a washing machine for use by all guests. Governors beach is just 6 km away.

Governor’s Beach where the apartment is located is right in the centre of the island, one kilometre from the highway, and midway between Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. From here it’s very easy to organize day trips and see more of Cyprus, the “island of love”. Governor’s Beach, apart of the shallow calm sandy beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like diving, snorkelling, boating and fishing. If you like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent selection of restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear water. Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area like the two Neolithic villages situated 6 kilometres away. There is a horse riding center near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker centre. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!
