Take steps from your garden onto a private beach and swim in the frond waters literally on your doorstep. The lounge and dining rooms are both decorated in antique cream, giving amazing effects as the sun reflects off it in the morning. The dining room seats eight and is decorated with 'The man' oil on canvas by Vladimir Efeminov. A patio door leads directly to the terrace breakfast area, and the dining table is illuminated with a brilliant shell globe, complimented by dinosaur egg lights, mood cove lighting and corner lattice floor lamp. The lounge, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom are all linked to the opus music system, which also has speakers on the breakfast terrace.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is decorated in a metallic theme, with bay window over looking the sea, and has a walk in shower, bath/jacuzzi, together with his and hers vanity basins. The children's room is decorated in a Zebra theme and has two single beds, while the other 3 rooms have king sized beds. The Red room has a balcony over looking the garden towards the sea Frond.

This fantastic villa has everything. The entertainment room has 2 portable PC's, DVD player, PS3 and 50" TV; and if that's no enough to entertain the children, then the pool is at a constant 30 degrees throughout the year - chilled in the summer and heated in the 'winter'! The villa also has a kayak for those that want to get some exercise while on holiday.
