This stunning and spacious property is set in woodland and features a full size snooker table in its 40ft living room, which also has a splendid open fire within a cast-iron surround and large French doors leading to a secluded, private garden with patio furniture and BBQ.

This magnificent 6 bedroom holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with large oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave & fridge/freezer, stone-flagged floor, Dining room with large marble top table & seating for 12 guests and Cloakroom/W.C. Large lounge with four comfortable sofas, full size snooker table, open fire, TV, DVD & CD player and patio doors to private garden with seating and BBQ. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with hand-carved four-poster bed, one with individually designed wrought-iron four-poster bed, each with en-suite shower room/W.C. Twin-bedded room with unique cabin-style bed. Three further individually styled twin-bedded rooms. Victorian-style bathroom/W.C. with bidet. The Coach House has full use of a communal natural spring water fed heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 14ft, constant depth 4ft), with full changing facilities, shower and W.C, open daily from 9am-7pm. Indoor games room with table tennis and pool table. Climbing frame and swings (for under 5s).

Open fire - initial fuel included, thereafter available locally, Cot, Highchair, Playpen, Duvets with linen, Towels £2 per person per week by prior arrangement, Natural spring water supply, Complimentary wine on arrival, Electricity included, Shared payphone, Shared laundry room: coin-operated washing machine & tumble dryer, Ample parking, Full oil CH £60 (Winter £85) per week by prior arrangement.

The complex is perfect for large family get togethers as there are also three other smaller cottages in the courtyard with the Coach House, The Mews sleeping six, The Smithy sleeping five and The Clock House sleeps six. In total the full complex with sleep a total of 29 guests. The Coach House is also available for short breaks (a minimum of 3 nights).
