Luxury 3 Bedroom Self Catering Holiday Property for rental set in woodland in the centre of Norfolk, close to the Norfolk Broads & Norwich. This beautiful holiday rental has use of the indoor heated swimming pool on-site open all year round. This well-furnished property provides single storey accommodation.

Cottage-style living room with French doors to secluded garden. Farmhouse-style kitchen/dining-room with Belfast sink, quarry brick floor and marble top dining table. Double bedroom off hall with handcrafted wrought-iron four-poster bed and en-suite cloakroom/W.C. Two individually themed twin-bedded rooms, one with matching canopied beds. Victorian-style bathroom/W.C. and bidet. The Smithy cottage has full use of a communal natural spring water fed heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 14ft, constant depth 4ft), with full changing facilities, shower and W.C, open daily from 9am-7pm. Indoor games room with table tennis and pool table. Climbing frame and swings (for under 5s).

The complex is perfect for large family get togethers as there are also three other holiday rentals in the courtyard with the smithy, sleeping twelve, six and six. In total the full complex with sleep a total of 29 guests. The Smithy is also available for short breaks (a minimum of 3 nights).
