Fully furnished 2 bed, 2nd floor apartment with large private solarium. Fully equipped kitchen, UK TV with Sky channels, sea view, communal pool and landscaped gardens, close to amenities. La Cinulica is a relatively new development in the Los Altos area only a few minutes drive from the main coast road and the beach, shops, supermarkets, banks, chemist, bars and restaurants at Punta Prima. Walking distance to 2 additional major supermarkets.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and includes a number of personal items giving the property a very comfortable feel. The main living area has a double sofa bed with a coffee table and wall unit where the TV is located. The digital TV system provides all the UK terrestrial channels plus Sky Movies, sport and a number of others. There are also 2 ceiling fans in the living area. In the dining area there is a matching dining table & 4 chairs, and glass cabinet. An attractive standard lamp and artificial plant completes the dining area. Into the open kitchen you will find fully fitted units and a fridge freezer, oven and hob and a microwave oven.  An additional store cupboard is also provided in the kitchen. A handy enclosed utility area leads from the kitchen where the washing machine is located and additional storage area is provided. All the necessary crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided together with a toaster, kettle, juicer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. 

The main bedroom has 2 single beds with 2 bedside drawer units and table lamps. The fitted wardrobes also have additional drawer units consisting of a 3 and 6 drawer unit. The second bedroom has a single bed with a second pull out bed. A bed side drawer unit and lamp is also provided. The fitted wardrobes also house a 4 drawer unit. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and curtains. All necessary bedding and towels are also provided. The large bathroom has a bath with over head shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin with mirror.

The large private roof solarium has a lockable store room providing valuable storage space. Sun loungers are provided and you can enjoy a lovely panoramic view from here. An external table and 4 chairs are also provided for the generous sized covered terrace below.

About the area around Playa Flamenca

Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca.  Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
