The popular complex of La Isla in Javea offers a unique setting with its large Tropical Gardens offering a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs and lawns making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the Sun or Shade. The lagoon style Pool is breathtaking and has bridges and a centre Island. There are 5 Apartments on offer, Two in Block A, Two in Block C, and One in Block M giving families and friends the perfect opportunity to Holiday together whilst remaining independent. The La Isla Apartments are within a few minutes walk of the 'Arenal' area of Javea which offers beautiful clean Sandy Beaches and a host of amenities of shops, bars and restaurants. This One Bedroom Apartment neighbours the previous C7 and is again situated on the First Floor in Block C, a Lift is available. Recently purchased this Apartment has been completely repainted throughout by the New Owners and offers an attractive and comfortable Holiday Home. The accommodation comprises of a Entrance Hallway leading to a bright and sunny Lounge with Dining Area opening onto a Private Terrace with Patio Furniture for dining 'Al Fresco. There is a separate spacious Fully Fitted Kitchen, One Bedroom with Twin Beds and built in wardrobes and One Full Bathroom. There is a Sofa Bed available in the Lounge Area.. Fans are provided for comfort in the Summer Months and Hot / Cold Air Conditioning has now been installed in the Lounge. The complex offers ample Parking. The La Isla Complex is situated only a few minutes walk from the 'Blue Flag' Arenal Beach in Javea which offers an array of activities for all ages. Javea is conveniently situated and only One Hours Drive from either Alicante or Valencia International Airports. The Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit, and two golf courses are just a short drive away. Distances by car: Arenal beach 15 minutes. Javea old town 7 minutes, Javea port 10 minutes. La Sella Golf course 5 minutes. Bars and restaurants in the Montgo valley 2-4 minutes. El Portet y L'Ampolla, Les Platgetes and L'Andragó are small, peaceful beaches. Eight kilometres of coastline, which start at Morro de Tamarit up to Punta de l'Estrella, surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm. Some have fine sand and shaped like a shellfish, like at El Portet and some are small coves made of small rocks for the enjoyment of the visitor who loves peacefulness. Moraira and its surrounding areas the commercial centre of the tourist area of Teulada and in this important tourist centre you can find every type of service. The fishing port is in surprising contrast to the modern recreations offered to visitors. The highly impressive promontory of Cap d'Or is an attractive watchtower, from which a great part of the coastline of the Costa Blanca can be seen. The attraction and variety of our coastline allows us to take very interesting trips. Cap d'Or, in the extreme north is a magnificent point to take a walking trip to. There you will see the oldest remains of the prehistoric settlers and the TORRE VIGIA (Look-out Tower), one of the most photographed emblems of the Alicante coastline. In the port of Moraira you have Club Náutico where there is the sailing School and where they organize the Territorial Championship of Cruisers and Monotypes during Easter Week. |
