A very spacious luxury two bedroom beach apartment in Larnaca. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious sitting room; there is a bathroom and a shower. The view is just breath taking from the balcony and both bedrooms as well! The apartment has a swimming pool and a garden on the ground that can be used from our guests on the summer period. The apartment can be rented for up to 4 persons for short or long term all year around; a special discount is given for long term rental over a month. All rooms including kitchen and sitting room have air-conditioning heat and cool; Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, iron and iron board, and all what is necessary for a comfortable luxury holiday. There are TV and radio CD player. The beach, supermarkets, restaurants clubs and pubs are all within walking distance. All facilities including air conditioning are free of charge.

Larnaca is the oldest living city of Cyprus and was originally known as Kition, or Kittium. Being in the crossroad of civilization from the early dawn of history, Larnaca has attracted many visitors. Some came as colonizers, others as traders and others as invaders, conquerors or tourists. The Greeks, the Persians, the Egyptians, the Romans, the Byzantines, the Franks, the Venetians, the Turks, the British and today all the annual three million travellers and tourists entering Cyprus from the town' s Airport, Port and the Marina looking forward to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the sunshine of the island. Larnaca being in the centre of the country is the ideal base for exploring the rest of Cyprus. Its international airport lies a few kilometres from the centre of the town and still the town is completely outside the cone of landing and departing aircraft.
