This house is in the best location in Los Alcazares only a short walk from the
beach, town centre, new plaza area and several supermarkets/banks and
restaurants. The airport is only eight minutes away by car. Plenty of
private parking is available and the property is southeast facing with views of
the beach from the large sun terrace on the third floor. A terrace out-house
with power, water and fridge allow you to dine on the terrace and enjoy the
scenic views.

Spacious duplex house on a small quiet complex. Central pool accessed via the
houses only. 5 mins wallk to the beach and five minutes drive from the airport.
The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to
a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a
barbeque. The air conditioning is controlled by a slot meter that takes 2 Euro coins.
There is a sofa bed to provide for the
extra 2 sleeping places.
