Lovely 2 bedroom townhouse on two levels in the southern section of the Villacana beachside resort.

UPSTAIRS: There is a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and windows that overlook the patio below. The twin bedroom at the front of the property shares access to a refurbished bathroom on the landing. DOWNSTAIRS: Is totally open plan. The fitted kitchen overlooks the dining and living area. The lounge is bright and cheerful with a fireplace and shuttered doors leading to an enclosed south facing private patio area. Ideal for al-fresco dining and entertaining. GENERAL: With a sofa bed in the lounge, this property can accommodate 5 people in total. Is within a short walk to the beach, "Eva" community pool.

Guests can be assured that all of our properties are to a high standard and our onsite housekeeping team regularly inspect to ensure this standard is maintained by the owners with regard to furnishings, furniture, household equipment and property fixtures. The onsite Villacana office staff will welcome you, hand over information/keys etc and be available during your stay, as well as providing 24/7 emergency contact should it be required.
