Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse on three levels in the southern section of Villacana beachside resort. This was a 2 bedroom property that has cleverly integrated a 3rd bedroom.

1ST FLOOR: There is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite marble shower room. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the smaller 3rd bedroom has bunk beds - ideal for 2 young children. Both have access to a marble bathroom on the landing. ROOF TERRACE: From the landing, there is a staircase giving access to a converted roof terrace area. has spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountain range. Ideal for private sunbathing. DOWNSTAIRS: Is open plan with a fitted kitchen overlooking the dining and living area. The lounge is bright and cheerful with shuttered doors that lead out to a large attractive, north facing patio. Ideal for Barbeques and outdoor entertaining. GENERAL: This property can easily accommodate a family of 6 in total. Is a short walk from the beach, the "Eva" community pool.

Guests can be assured that all of our properties are to a high standard and our onsite housekeeping team regularly inspect to ensure this standard is maintained by the owners with regard to furnishings, furniture, household equipment and property fixtures. The onsite Villacana office staff will welcome you, hand over information/keys etc and be available during your stay, as well as providing 24/7 emergency contact should it be required.
