The first floor comprises of 2 apartments next to each other having both a terrace overlooking the pool area and enjoying the superb view of Santa Maria valley. The ground floor has the third apartment which is next to the pool area and has a private patio for one to enjoy the peace and tranquillity this property offers. All three apartments have 2 bedrooms with a bathroom/shower, with the third apartment having a spare toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, lounge and dining area with cable TV. Safety deposit boxes, standard fans, iron and ironing board are included in all three apartments. Bed linen & bath towels are provided and changed on weekly basis. There is ample space for parking outside the villa for those who wish to have a car. Wheelchairs are also accessible to this property with ramps to the apartments and pool area. While this property enjoys the peace and tranquillity, it is only a few minutes(7 - 10 mins) walk from the village centre where one can find supermarkets, bars/restaurants, banks, bus stop. Mellieha bay is 5 mins drive from the property or one can also take the bus. The airport is around 30 - 45 mins drive. Airport transfers, car hire, welcome packs can be arrange on request at extra cost. Cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

Mellieha is a flourishing and attractive modern resort, noted for its large, private villas. But it’s still retained its historic centre with narrow streets and stepped alleys and an underground chapel with frescoes said to have been painted by St Luke. The beach is the largest in Malta and offers good swimming with gently shelving sand and all the usual banana boats and pedaloes. The North East breezes make it popular for windsurfing. Many of our villas are in the estate of Santa Maria which has great views over the bay plus a bar and shop, with a bigger choice for shopping, eating and entertainment in the resort.
