Super luxury 3 bedroom Villa with private swimming pool, air-con throughout and facilities for the disabled, situated just on the beach side in Paphos district area in Pomos village (near Polis). Huge swimming pool "L" shape dimensions  15x10x5m with disabled access with Ramp in the shallow end. The border of the villa's plot starts from the beach. It's maybe the nearest from the sea  villa in Cyprus. The sea here is safe and suitable for swimming as well.  There  are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs which has facilities for the disabled. All 3 bedroom have en-suite facilities. For each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms there is a private balcony equipped with chairs and coffee table. For common use there is a big terrace with a panoramic sea & mountain view equipped with 4 high wooden chairs and 2 wooden coffee tables  and 2 sun beds. The downstairs bedroom have also a veranda in the front of the swimming pool with sea view. Kitchen: Fully equipped with: Dishwasher, Fridge, Gas Hobs and air extractor, Oven, Toaster, Citric juicer, Microwave, Coffee maker, Tea maker, Griller, General kitchen utensils & also salt, pepper, toilet rolls etc. Other Facilities: Washing machine, Iron with ironing board, 3 hair dryers (one in each bedroom), Safe box. 2 Baby cots, 2 Baby high-chairs, Avent express steam sterilizer. Gazebo area with billiard table (pool table) and Gym facilities is is located between the pool and Barbeque. Also available a table tennis table, basket ball court & dartboard.

From Ayia Marina extending to the West up to 15 kilometres you can Find the Polis Chrysochous , Akamas forest ,  tourist attraction of Latchi and the bath of Aphrodite (Goddess Venus) . Easterly up to 20 Km you can meet the Villages Pomos, Pahiammos and  Pyrgos Tillirias. Remember living in our Graphic village of Ayia Marina (Polis area) or Nea Dhimmata or Pomos you are in the middle of nature , you can go easy anywhere in the area and you have your privacy and quiet living. Due to the fact that those places of our accommodation are not crowded, the water of the sea is extremely clean and the beaches are quiet natural and beautiful so you can freely enjoin your sunbathing and safe swimming. In the area are the Latchi harbour, Pomos harbour & many restaurants. The city of Paphos itself is busy and bustling with everything you would expect of a town of this kind. The coastline North-West part of the island has many attractions including ''Petra tou Romiou'',  Lara, Akamas Peninsula, Fontana Amoroza, Aphrodite's Baths , Adonis's Baths and Ayia Marina beaches. The Akamas Peninsula is a spectacularly beautiful nature reserve - a specially protected area, rich in wildlife and which can be explored in a number of different ways. There are many wonderful trails, for walking, cycling and driving. On the north-west coast, the harbour and seaside villages of Latchi , Polis , Ayia Marina and Pomos are extremely pretty with their traditional fishing boats and taverns and here someone can hire speed boats for the day and join sailing and motorboat excursions down the coast of Chrysochous bay from Pomos into the Akamas.
