The main bedroom has a sun terrace and the large roof solarium provides yet another sun bathing option.  The living area is bright and spacious and is furnished to a high standard.  The corner suite offers comfortable seating and the television benefits from a system which provides all the UK terrestrial channels and a good selection of sky channels including sport and movies.  A dining table and 4 chairs and 2 bar stools provide the dining options.  Hot and cold air conditioning is also fitted downstairs together with ceiling fans. The open American style kitchen is fully fitted and has a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven and washing machine.  All the necessary crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, saucepans etc are provided.  There is also a ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs, there is a full family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.  The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a double bed and air conditioning.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The property is also alarmed and has security grills throughout.  The communal pool is situated a short walk from the property.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
