Property Features

This first floor apartment has a bright welcoming living area with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. The wall unit houses the television which has a system offering UK channels. A portable stereo is also provided. At the far end of the lounge there are sliding patio doors that lead out onto a small sun terrace with an external table and 4 chairs. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the lounge. The open kitchen has an arched serving area and door way- The fully fitted kitchen has fridge freezer, oven& hob, washing machine and microwave oven. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, even tea towels etc are provided. A toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board are also included. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. The main bedroom downstairs has a double bed, 2 bed side units with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The other 2 double bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, bedside units and free standing wardrobes. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. In addition there are 2 standing fans available. All the necessary bedding is provided. The family bathroom is situated on the ground floor of the apartment and has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin set in a vanity unit. Upstairs the en-suite has a shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Towels are provided. Roof top solarium with sea view.

About the area around La Zenia

La Zenia is located between the towns of Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca is the beautiful Costa Blanca resort of La Zenia. La Zenia is a popular and desirable holiday location. La Zenia boasts two excellent beaches, Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada, both beaches have ‘blue flag’ status and are well cared for and maintained. La Zenia has a cliff walk to Cabo Roig, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. La Zenia currently has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants and a new commercial centre is being developed which will greatly improve the range of facilities available for visitors to the area.

For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
