Fully furnished 1 bed, 1st floor apartment with sun terrace over looking the Plaza.  Fully equipped kitchen, Spanish TV, air conditioning in the lounge.  Communal pool.  This property is suitable for adults only.  The apartment is fully furnished and offers a very comfortable environment where the owners have added a number of personal touches. 

Property Features

A sofa and 2 armchairs provide plenty of room to relax at the end of the day.  The delightful terrace just through the patio doors at the end of the lounge has 4 comfortable chairs and an external table where you can pass an evening just people watching.  The lounge has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television with Spanish channels and a mini hi fi.  A dining table and 4 chairs are also provided should you decide to eat in.

An arched serving hatch opens up the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.  Other items include a coffee maker, toaster and even an iron and ironing board.  All the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc are provided.

The bedroom has 2 singles beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.  All the necessary bath towels are supplied.

There is a storage cupboard in the hall where the visitor will find sun loungers, a beach umbrella and a Z bed for the third guest.

The lovely communal pool is for residents use only and a key is supplied for guests.  This is a very popular location with every amenity on hand and visitors should be aware of the noise level associated with such facilities. 

About the area around Villamartin

This typically Spanish apartment is situated in the Plaza at Villa Martin.   Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.    The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity.

Villamartin is also of course without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. 

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
