2 bed beach side ground floor apartment on secure complex.  Walk to all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and medical centre.  Cliff top walkway and access to beach within walking distance. This lovely apartment is fully furnished and is very comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofa and a 32inch wide screen TV, dining table and 4 chairs.  Individual fans are provided and an electric and a gas heater is also provided for the cooler months.  The living area has a very welcoming and bright feel to it with large sliding doors that lead out to the front garden area where a couple of lounger's await. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.  All the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery are provided. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes.  The full family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.  All bedding and towels are provided for the guest. The communal swimming pool is quite spectacular and enjoys a wonderful backdrop of the  Mediterranean. This is a very nice property in an excellent location with a choice of beaches and golf courses only 10 minutes away by car in either direction.  There is a wide choice of restaurants in the area.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
