Nicely furnished with Sat TV and VCR makes this a comfortable living area. The American kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven & hob and washing machine. The property is south facing and has a large downstairs patio and drive for a car. There is also a terrace for the main bedroom and a large solarium. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom has air conditioning**. Air conditioning is also in the available in the lounge**. All rooms also have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has 2 singles. The downstairs sofa bed can also sleep 2 people. The property is within walking distance of shops and beaches and there are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. About the area around Cabo Roig |
|
Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed. |
