The villa commands an excellent position with views across landscaped gardens and natural green, and the Mediterranean in the distance. With its elevated position the ground floor covered terrace enjoys the welcoming breeze in the height of the summer. This added bonus also benefits the bedroom terrace and large roof solarium. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa which converts to a bed and the attractive dining table can seat 6. The other matching furnishings produce a very elegant feel to the property and the 2 cane chairs and circular table can be used on the terrace. The Television has digital UK TV and a DVD and Video are also provided. Hot and cold air conditioning is also fitted downstairs. There is also a ground floor w.c and shower room. The American style kitchen with its breakfast bar is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. All of the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials are provided together with a kettle, toaster and juicer. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed with 2 side tables, fitted wardrobes, hot and cold air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out onto the first floor terrace which also enjoys a view of the sea. An attractive dresser drawer unit with mirror has also been provided. A table and 2 chairs are also provide for use on the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table and hot and cold air conditioning. All the necessary bedding is provided. The full size family bathroom has a wash hand basin, bidet, w.c and bath with overhead shower. Hand and bath towels are supplied. Finally up another level and the roof solarium commands the best view of the lot. The lovely communal pool is only a short distance away, ideal for parents to keep and eye on the kids from the comfort of the terrace. There is a garden area and off road parking. This new property is located on the Playa Golf development ideally situated for the holiday maker looking for the traditional sea and sun relaxation and for the dedicated golfer with a choice of 3 courses only minutes away by car. Campoamor beach is only 10 minutes away by car and well worth a visit. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes. Campoamor Golf Club just one of 3 courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa.

Campoamor is a delightful holiday resort boasting a fantastic sandy beach and quaint marina. Golf enthusiasts will love having the competition class Real Club de Golf Campoamor on their doorstep and the renowned Villamartin and Las Ramblas courses nearby. Activities aren't limited to golf, however, with tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, water sports, an aqua park, horse riding and one of the most beautiful unspoilt Blue Flag beaches of the region nearby. There are restaurants and bars aplenty, or a short trip in the car will take you to Villamartin, La Zenia or Cabo Roig- all of which have many excellent places to eat and drink. Lively Torrevieja is also only a few kilometres away.

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
