This lovely apartment has much to offer with its spacious rooms, high quality furnishings and location. This apartment will sleep 6 with use of the sofa bed. The apartment is within a secure complex and a secure block. Both stair and lift access available up to its second floor position. Hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Offers sunlight all day in off season and welcoming mid day shade in the height of summer. 5 minute walk to the beach and the popular "Nautilus Restaurant". Inside the apartment the kitchen is off from the entrance hall and is fully equipped. Plenty of worktop space and cupboards for storage. Equipment includes fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, combined washing/ drying machine and a dishwasher. Other essential items include a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all the necessary equipment for a full self catering stay. Much thought has been given to the living area with complimentary furnishing and accessories throughout. A lovely dining table and 6 leather chairs ensures a very comfortable dining experience. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed. Other furnishings include a matching occasional table and coffee table. There is also a low wall unit for the flat screen TV which has a digital UK TV system, so guests can keep up with their favourite programmes and enjoy the additional Sky channels provided. A DVD player is also provided Sliding doors and shutters open to reveal the covered terrace where the external table and chairs provides a comfortable vantage point for Al Fresco dining or just taking in the sea view and surrounding villas. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and attractive double wash hand basin and vanity unit. The second bedroom has 2 single beds , bedside table, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. All the necessary bedding is provided for all beds including the sofa bed. The general bathroom has a walk in shower, w.c and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

About the area around Punta Prima

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
