This bright and airy house has been carefully furnished in a minimalist style to create both space and comfort. The living area has a 2 and 3 seater sofa with a large screen TV with its  UK system. The living area has a ceiling fan. The dining table with 4 chairs is located by the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a kettle and toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery to facilitate all self catering needs. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table with a lamp and a freestanding wardrobe. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The ground floor cloakroom has a w.c and wash hand basin. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Sliding patio doors lead out onto the bedroom terrace. The second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed , 2 bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding is provided together with bath and hand towels. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. For the cooler months 2 electric radiators are provided. Outside there is a large wooden external table with 4 chairs and a recliner. On the solarium there are 4 sun loungers. The lovely communal pool only a short walk away for resident and guest's use only.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
