(Sleeps up to 6).  Situated at Playa  Flamenca on a secure development, this house has a lot to offer.  Only a short distance to shops, bars, restaurants and a Saturday Market.  Choice of beaches and 3 golf courses only 10 minutes away by car.  The property has off road parking and a garden to the front and side.  A downstairs terrace offers an ideal spot to enjoy the summer sunshine and a retractable canopy is on hand should you want some shade. Good sized living area with a feature fire place at its focal point.  Furnished with a sofa, dining table and 4 chairs with matching sideboard and coffee table.  A television with UK channels is also provided.  Through an arch to the fully equipped kitchen and access through a rear door to a very useful utility storage area. The kitchen has and oven & hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave oven. Through another archway and you will find the full family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin, There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with 2 single and fitted wardrobes. Another bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.  Accessed via either upper bedroom or hallway there is a large solarium offering even more sun bathing options.  There is another retractable canopy over the solarium area outside the bedroom. There is a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the lounge and an portable electric heater is also provided. The lovely communal pool is only a short distance away and there is even a small library for residents on the complex.

About the area around Playa Flamenca

Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca.  Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
