(Sleeps upto 6).  Situated on the popular San Jose Development close to all amenities including shops, bars and restaurants which are within walking distance.  About 20 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to a choice of 3 golf courses.  The property has a garden and off road parking. Downstairs there is a covered terrace with an external table and 6 chairs.  There is also a balcony to the main bedroom and a large roof solarium. Inside the living area is bright and spacious and offers a dining table with 6 chairs, a double sofa bed and various units .  A TV with UK channels, DVD player, video and a stereo CD player and radio are also provided.  There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. The open kitchen with breakfast bar has 2 stools and is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave oven washing machine.  There is a downstairs cloak room with w.c and wash hand basin and upstairs there is a full family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and are fitted with ceiling fans, There is a double bed in the main bedroom and double doors lead to the private sun terrace.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The communal pool is only a short walk away.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
