This spacious 2 bed town house is situated on the Campoamor Complex. Close to golf courses and beaches makes this an ideal spot for the holiday maker. Close to enough to amenities but far enough way to enjoy a peaceful environment. This house benefits from a large terrace and garden to the front and a small rear garden which backs onto the beautifully communal gardens.

Property Features

Inside there is a bright and spacious living area which has been furnished to a high standard. 2 comfortable sofas are provided together with 2 occasional tables, as low wall unit for the TV and DVD player and a matching dining table and 4 chairs. Hot and cold air conditioning serves the living area. An archway from the living area leads to the separate kitchen, ground floor shower room and rear door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven & hob and a washing machine in the utility area. The utility area also provides a very useful storage area. All the necessary household equipment, cooking implements, cutlery, crockery etc are provided. Although the kitchen is separate from the living area there is a useful serving hatch into the dining area. The shower room has a shower, w.c and wash hand basin with mirror. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, with lamps, fitted wardrobes and has hot and cold air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out onto a terrace and external stairs lead up to the roof solarium where a gas BBQ is provided. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with a lamp and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The upper bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin with mirror. All the necessary bedding and bath and hand towels are provided. Back downstairs the front garden has a large terrace where an external table and chairs are provided. The small garden to the backs onto the communal gardens which provide a nice setting if you want to avoid or follow the sun at different times of the day. There is a very nice communal pool and sunbathing area close by.

About the area around Campoamor

Campoamor is a delightful holiday resort boasting a fantastic sandy beach and quaint marina. Golf enthusiasts will love having the competition class Real Club de Golf Campoamor on their doorstep and the renowned Villamartin and Las Ramblas courses nearby. Activities aren't limited to golf, however, with tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, water sports, an aqua park, horse riding and one of the most beautiful unspoilt Blue Flag beaches of the region nearby. There are restaurants and bars aplenty, or a short trip in the car will take you to Villamartin, La Zenia or Cabo Roig- all of which have many excellent places to eat and drink. Lively Torrevieja is also only a few kilometres away.

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
