Fully furnished 3 bed quad house with off road parking. Communal pool. Walking distance to amenities, including, shops, supermarket, chemist, a bank and restaurants.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and the beach.

Property Features

This house has been furnished throughout to a high standard by the owners.  The living area is spacious and is well equipped to cater for most needs and includes a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 comfortable sofas and a TV with digital system providing UK and Sky channels for all the family.  Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area.

The separate kitchen is fully fitted and has a oven, hob with an extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.  All the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc are provided for guests.  

On the ground floor there is also a shower room with wash hand basin and w.c and a bedroom.  The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. Hot and cold air conditioning is also provided.

Upstairs there is a full family bathroom with bath and over head shower, wc and wash hand basin in a vanity unit.  The upper bedrooms both have hot and cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds in each.  Both bedrooms have patio doors which open onto a sun terrace.  Up one more flight of stairs and you will find a the large roof solarium.

Outside, the house offers a lovely decked area with ground level lighting ideal for taking advantage of the warm summer evening and making use of the large free standing BBQ. There is a terrace, garden area and off road parking. The lovely communal pool is also close by for us of residents only.  All the necessary bedding and towels are provided.

About the area around Villamartin

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.    The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity.

Villa Martin Golf Club, without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca, is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away.

For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. 

This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers .

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. 

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
