This bright 2 bed end terrace house is situated on a very nice development adjacent to well kept communal gardens and the private swimming pool. Overlooking a large communal area and only a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants this property is ideal for both holiday and longer residential lets. The property has a front garden and to the rear there is a private area with an external table and chairs.

Property Features

Inside, the lounge has 2 sofas and a dining table and 4 chairs. Sat TV is also installed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven. All the necessary kitchen utensils, place settings etc are provided. There is a cloakroom located on the ground floor and upstairs there is a large family bathroom. The main bedroom has spacious fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto a small feature terrace. The second bedroom has patio doors opening onto a terrace and provides access to a spiral staircase which leads up to the very large private solarium. Ideal for BBQ’s in the summer or just making the most of the Spanish sunshine. The property comes with a BBQ. The lovely communal pool is well maintained and is accessed by keys issued to owners. A few minutes walk away from the Emerald Isle complex which offers a restaurant , swimming pool and bowls. There are daily activities at the centre including aerobics and tai chi. Evening entertainment is also provided. Other shops and a bars and a supermarket are within a 5 minute walk. Only a short drive to one of the many beaches along this stretch of coastline or if golf is your passion you will be spoilt for choice. 3 local courses are only 15 minutes away by car including Villa Martin and if that’s not enough, La Finca and La Maquesa are half an hours drive away. If you prefer the activity of a town, Torrevieja offers shops, bars, restaurants, a lovely promenade and beach and of course “night life”. 45 minutes south of Alicante airport or 25 minutes north from Murcia makes this very accessible.

About the area around La Florida

La Florida is attached to Playa Flamenca and around a 10 minute drive from the beach. La Florida has for sometime been a popular resort with a good selection of villas and apartments on offer along with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around the area. One of the most popular areas of La Florida is located near the Emerald Isle, with its fantastic nightlife all through the summer season.

For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
