Property Features

The living area is large and spacious and has a distinctive high pitched ceiling with a picture window which provides a wonderful focal point. The tasteful furnishings complement the design of the room and include 2 sofas with occasional tables, dining table and 4 chairs and a modern wall unit which houses the stereo and television (a few UK channels available). Hot and cold air conditioning is installed in the living area and is run from a 2 euros coin meter. The sun terrace which can be accessed from the lounge or kitchen has an external table and 4 reclining chairs and offers guests the opportunity to see the sun going down whilst dining ‘al fresco’. The fully equipped kitchen with utility room offers lots of space for the gourmet whilst providing all the necessary accoutrements including a fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee maker. A kettle, toaster and even a sandwich maker have also been provided. The washing machine is housed in the utility area. Even the more mundane of tasks are catered for with an iron and board to get rid of those packing case creases. The large fully tiled bathroom has a vanity unit and mirror, bath with shower, w.c, and bidet. Towels are also provided. (Guests will need to provide their own beach towels). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets and wall mounted fans. 4 single beds have been provided to cater for all combinations of parties. Electric radiators are also stored in the property should you visit in the cooler months of the year. The property is alarmed and benefits from security services being provided on the complex. A communal pool is also close by. The complex itself offers a magnificent clubhouse where you can enjoy a quiet drink or meal whilst overlooking the Campoamor course itself. If you are looking for golf, you will not be disappointed with Las Ramblas and Villa Martin only 10 minutes away by car. La Finca and La Maquesa offer other alternatives if you want to go further afield. For beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach of Campoamor is one of the most popular and again only 10 minutes drive away. A stables where horse riding is offered at €20 euros per hour is only a few minutes away and offers riders the chance to enjoy the surrounding countryside with its mountain back drop. A large supermarket, banks and other shops are close by and if you want to see more of the area, the motorway systems offers easy access to Cartegena to the south and Alicante and Benidorm to the north. The owner has tried to cater for all needs and has made available a number of additional items for guests including: A full set of golf clubs, Tennis Rackets and Balls, BBQ, Cool box & Hair Dryer. With Alicante airport 45 minutes north and Murcia only 20 minutes south, this property is located in an accessible location with much to offer. Golfers and those just wishing to enjoy some peace and quiet will not be disappointed with a stay in this property. The property will accommodate up to 4 people.

About the area around Campoamor

Campoamor is a delightful holiday resort boasting a fantastic sandy beach and quaint marina. Golf enthusiasts will love having the competition class Real Club de Golf Campoamor on their doorstep and the renowned Villamartin and Las Ramblas courses nearby. Activities aren't limited to golf, however, with tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, water sports, an aqua park, horse riding and one of the most beautiful unspoilt Blue Flag beaches of the region nearby. There are restaurants and bars aplenty, or a short trip in the car will take you to Villamartin, La Zenia or Cabo Roig- all of which have many excellent places to eat and drink. Lively Torrevieja is also only a few kilometres away.

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
