2 bed corner quad house.  This lovely property was formerly the show house and benefits from the original furnishings including curtains throughout.  Its south facing position on a corner means a larger than average plot and ample room for off road parking.  The ground floor covered terrace provides an ideal vantage point to enjoy the later months when the sun still provides enough warmth for sitting outside and watching the world go by. Inside the spacious living area is furnished in more traditional Spanish style with 2 sofas, a dining table and 4 chairs and wall units to match.  A television and stereo are provided together with 2 breakfast stools for use with the American style kitchen. The kitchen itself comes complete with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.  All the necessary cooking utensils crockery and cutlery are provided. There is a downstairs cloakroom and upstairs there is a full family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, shower screen, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. The main bedroom has double fitted wardrobes, a double bed with bedside tables and patio doors leading out onto a sun terrace.  The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds and a bedside table.  Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. There is also a large roof solarium.  The property has UK TV installed and all windows and external doors have security grills. The communal pool is only a short walk away.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
