PH4 Villa Martin Holiday Rental (Sleeps 4)

2 bed ground floor apartment with garden area and parking to the front of property in St James Hill. Ceiling fans throughout. Communal pool. Walk to local shops, bars and supermarket. Not far from Villa Martin and Campoamor and the town of San Miguel. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening the whole coast. Cartegena to the south and Alicante to the north offer large towns wit plenty of shopping and places of interest.

Property Features

Outside the property has a small covered terrace and a good size garden area where an external table and chairs have been provided. There is also a communal parking area situated conveniently at the front of the property.

The living area is bright and comfortably furnished with a 3 seat sofa and arm chair. Other furnishings include a matching side board with a large wall mirror, coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living area has 2 ceiling fans.

The kitchen is accessed through a door way at the end of the living area. The kitchen has a number of cupboards and is equipped with a hob and microwave oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc are provided. A small hall leads off of the living area where the bedrooms and bathroom are located.

The main bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and additional dresser with a stool. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is has 2 single beds, a bedside table and long dress mirror. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

This property is centrally located for access to the many beaches along this part of the coast and the 3 nearby golf courses, all of which are only 5 minutes drive away in both directions.

About the area around Villamartin

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.    The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity.

Villamartin is also of course without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. 

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
