The spacious terrace has an external table and 5 chairs ideal for making the most of the warm summer evenings. The bright living area offers plenty of comfortable seating with a 3 seat sofa bed and 2 arm chairs. Additional furnishings include a coffee table and TV stand with TV, DVD player and mini stereo. The extending dining table has 6 chairs. From the living area you access the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and juicer. The washing machine is situated in the utility area at the rear of the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery to meet all your catering needs during your stay. The 2 large bedrooms are located off of a small hall area. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, lamp and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding is provided including blankets for the cooler months. The large bathroom has a bidet, w.c, wash hand basin and a bath with overhead shower. Bath and hand towels are provided. The lovely communal pool, conveniently situated to the apartment, is solely for use by residents and guests. 2 electrical heaters are also provided. A 5 minute walk will see you at the popular Villa Martin Plaza which offers an excellent selection of bars and restaurants with a lovely central area with palms trees and wild parrots. |

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc. The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity. Villamartin is also of course without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed. |
