Inside the property is well furnished with the living area many comforts including a leather sofa and 2 leather chairs with reclining, massage and heat facilities. The television benefits from Cable TV and a video player is also provided with a large selection of video movies. The lounge also has a ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning. The lovely conservatory overlooking the private pool has a dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and juicer. All the necessary cooking and dining equipment is also provided. Other domestic equipment includes a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. There is also a combined washing machine tumble dryer on the roof together with a rotary line. The ground bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, additional drawer space, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning. A portable television and video is also provided in this bedroom. There is also a shower room and w.c on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main upper bedroom has a double bed, bedside table with lamp, extra drawers, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, hot and cold air conditioning, portable TV and video. An external door also leads out onto a balcony with an external table and 4 chairs. The second upper bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning. All the necessary bedding is provided. The main bathroom has a bath with a jacuzzi shower, wash hand basin, bidet and w.c. All the necessary bath and hand towels are provided. There is a small upper terrace where the washing machine and rotary line is located.

Back downstairs and the outside has much to offer with off road parking through an electric gate. The lovely private swimming pool with diving board and plenty of space around to accommodate the many sun loungers and relaxer chairs. An external shower is also provided for use with the pool. In addition there is a ceramic table and bench seating, with a wrought iron pergola covering and a traditional Spanish BBQ. This property has the added bonus of a covered heated jacuzzi.
