This 2 bed apartment is ideally located for the holiday maker who likes to have their food and drink options close at hand. Situated on the top floor the apartment overlooks the popular Villa Martin Plaza with palm trees and wild parrots providing a distinctive back drop to the many bars and restaurants on offer. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a spacious lounge where there is a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 arm chairs, coffee table and sideboard. Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area and there is also a ceiling fan. A mini hi fi is also provided. At the end of the lounge there are opening doors which lead out onto the terrace where an external table and 4 chairs are provided. This makes an ideal resting place to sit back and watch the busy plaza by day and night. There is a dining table and 4 chairs for those who fancy a night in and an extra 2 chairs to cater for 6. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffer maker. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment is provided for full self catering. There is also a washing machine located in the utility room where other equipment includes an iron and ironing board. The bedrooms both have 2 single beds, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, additional drawer space, vanity tables and mirrors. There are 2 upright fans and 2 electric heaters for use in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has opening doors onto the terrace. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c., bidet and wash hand basin with a wall mirror. All the necessary bedding together with bath and hand towels are provided. The property is double glazed throughout whilst retaining the original windows and shutters which keeps a more traditional feel to the property. The apartment benefits from the security afforded by the secure entrance to the block. The lovely communal pool is located close by within the plaza area and is gated and is used by guests and residents of the urbanisation. The Villa Martin Golf Club is only a couple of hundred yards away and there are 2 other courses only 10 minutes away by car. Tennis is also available at the Villa Martin golf club. A local bus service is provided which includes some of the local beaches on route. The bus stop is just across from the plaza together with a Taxi rank. The choice of beaches is endless on this part of the coast so if you have a car the whole coastline is at your disposal.

The location is another plus with the Villa Martin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars.

Villa Martin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away.

For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. 

This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers .

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.    The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity.

Villamartin is also of course without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. 

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
