Property Features

 Inside, the apartment is furnished in keeping with the style of the building with cream sofa and contrasting brown leather armchair and dark wood coffee table. A television unit provides a home for the TV, DVD player and Stereo. A selection of CD´s and DVD´s are also provided. The dark oak dining table and 4 chairs completes this stylish living area. The living area  leads out to a private sun terrace where a comfortable wicker table and 4 chairs are provided. With the opening doors, the guest has the added option of being able to enjoy the cooling sea breeze, making use of the ceiling fan or the climate controlled air conditioning. The air conditioning also provide heat for the cooler months. The open kitchen offers all the comforts of home with a large fridge freezer, oven & hob, washing machine and a dishwasher. A microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker are also provided.  All the usual cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and kitchen aids are provided and for the more down to earth guest there is even an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. 2 bar stools are provided for use with the breakfast bar. The sun terrace provides an ideal spot for relaxing and making the most of the sea view. Two sun loungers with pads are also provided. The 2 double bedrooms have single beds that form into double beds to give guests the option of individual sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and clothes hangers. The main bedroom has French doors which lead out onto the sun terrace. A combined radio/cd player is also provided in the main bedroom. All bedding is provided. Additional items provided for the guests convenience include a hairdryer, beach towels and beach chairs. The bathroom has a a bath with shower attachment, w.c  and wash hand basin in vanity unit with a large mirror. Bath sheets, bath towels and hand towels are all provided. The apartment is located only a short walk from the sea front.

About the area around Punta Prima

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
