Lovely bright and spacious apartment located in secure block.  This 2 bed first floor apartment is situated on a small complex in a quiet area with a mix of residential and holiday homes.  The complex benefits from a secure environment where privacy is almost guaranteed with an electronically controlled gated entrance where car parking is provided for residents only.  Entrance to the block itself is via a locked controlled entry system where residents can allow access for guests and visitors through the use of a hand set.

Property Features

Once inside the apartment you will find a bright and airy environment.  The owners have only recently acquired this apartment that has not previously been occupied. Any holiday makers will now benefit as a result of the owners investment in all new furnishings, fixtures and fittings.  The lounge has 2 new sofas and a pine TV stand with matching coffee table.  A television is also provided with UK channels.  Furnishings includes a glass topped circular dining table and 4 chairs.  The lounge has a ceiling fan and large sliding doors that lead onto the sun terrace with plenty of room for al fresco dining.  From the terrace where an external table and 4 chairs are provided it is possible to see part of the Villa Martin golf course and it overlooks the lovely communal pool.

The large kitchen has an exceptional amount of cupboard space not usually found in many properties including houses in Spain.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob and extractor , a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.  All the necessary crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided together with a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers in each one.  A double bed and 2 singles beds are provided. All bedding is provided.

The full family sized bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin with vanity mirror.

Only a short walk from the apartment will take you to a local commercial centre where there are some bars and restaurants.  There is also a large Mercadona supermarket only a 10 minute walk away.

About the area around Villamartin

Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. 

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.    The impressive Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful courtyard. For those not wishing to eat, there are also a number of bars within the vicinity.

Villamartin is also of course without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the whole of the Costa Blanca

Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses.  Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. 

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
