Property Features

This large quad house has many features that will ensure a very comfortable environment for anyone who stays here. The ground floor offers much and includes a large living area with 2 sofas and an extending dining table and 6 chairs. The feature fireplace adds a nice homely feel to the house. The lounge also boasts a television with Digital service providing UK channels including Sky Sports and Movies together with a DVD and wireless 5 speaker sound system. The hot and cold air conditioning also caters for the hot summers and cool winters. The downstairs purpose built shower room also has w.c and wash hand basin. A large double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a microwave oven. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. A washing machine is also located on the ground floor. Up the stairs will take you to the 2 double bedrooms and full family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, w.c and bidet. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds in each room and bedside tables and hot and cold air conditioning and access to the private sun terrace on the first floor. A hall door leads outside to where the stairs take you up to the roof solarium where a lovely external table and chairs provide a perfect setting to enjoy an evening meal as the sun sets in the distance. On the ground floor there is a small covered terrace to the entrance and a large garden with off road parking. The communal pool and well maintained community area is only a minutes walk away. A short drive will give you the option of 2 golf courses and 5 minutes further on a third course at Villa Martin ensures an excellent choice for the enthusiast. At nearby Campoamor the long white sandy beach beckons the sun seeker and if you want more choice you will not be disappointed with a host of blue flag beaches all along the coast. This lovely property does offer that little bit more and includes all bedding and towels. Additional items aimed at covering everything during your stay include sun loungers, toaster, kettle and even an iron and ironing board. An alarm is also in installed. We would recommend anyone staying here should have a car as shops, beaches and amenities are not within easy walking distance although they are only 5 to 10 minutes drive away. There is a vast choice of beaches, golf courses and restaurants within the area which will satisfy everyone’s needs. Other activities available in the area include horse riding, paintball and scuba diving. As this is anew development, there are still building works going on although not close to the house and should not affect anyone’s stay. The owners have however reflected this in their rental fees. 

About the area around Campoamor

Campoamor is a delightful holiday resort boasting a fantastic sandy beach and quaint marina. Golf enthusiasts will love having the competition class Real Club de Golf Campoamor on their doorstep and the renowned Villamartin and Las Ramblas courses nearby. Activities aren't limited to golf, however, with tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, water sports, an aqua park, horse riding and one of the most beautiful unspoilt Blue Flag beaches of the region nearby. There are restaurants and bars aplenty, or a short trip in the car will take you to Villamartin, La Zenia or Cabo Roig- all of which have many excellent places to eat and drink. Lively Torrevieja is also only a few kilometres away.

  For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.  Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
