This 3 bed property is situated at Cabo Roig within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Outside it has  a large garden area with off road parking and a covered terrace where an external table and 6 chairs are provided. Inside, the lounge offers plenty of seating with a sofa and 2 arm chairs. A TV with a UK. digital system and DVD are provided. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven & hob and washing machine. All the necessary cooking implements and self catering equipment is provided. One of the 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors lead out onto a sun terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The full size bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. All the necessary bedding and bath and hand towels are provided. The property also has a large roof top solarium. The communal pool is just across from the property. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away with Murcia only 25 minutes away.

About the area around Cabo Roig

Situated within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants at Cabo Roig.  Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and a choice of beaches with Cabo Roig and Campoamor Beach numbering amongst the best. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 45 minutes away ,Benidorm an hour and a half and to the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 20 minutes drive to the south. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
