 Playa Flamenca is a quite residential area, non-commercialised, but near to all the required holiday facilities, i.e. blue-flag beaches, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go-carting. Ten minutes walk from a large shopping complex, 7 restaurants and 5 bars. Torrevieja, a 10 minutes drive away, is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, and a beautiful church square. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk are the ideal place to go for that evening stroll. 

Playa Flamenca has a total of 5 beautiful, Blue Flag, safe, sandy beaches within easy walking distance or just a few minutes by car. Three superb local golf courses including Villamartin are also very close by for those wanting a golfing holiday or just fancy a change from the beach Mercadona supermarket is just a short walk away which also hosts a small shopping mall with a coffee and Tapas bar. On the main road close to Mercadona you'll find the Town Hall where there is a tourist information centre.

Playa Flamenca is conveniently situated on Spain's southern Costa Blanca close to Torrevieja in an area which boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year. Local shopping areas and restaurants abound including Via Park I & II, La Florida, Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the shopping centre around the town hall. Anyone looking for Playa Flamenca property will find all the ingredients for an excellent holiday, including supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants (a wide & varied selection of international cuisine is available), banks, town hall, tourist information office & medical clinics (doctor & dentist). By public bus one can reach Torrevieja in no time at all, also the golf courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin. In Playa Flamenca and La Zenia there is a mixture of different nationalities including Spanish and other Europeans. Being a residential area the winter in Playa Flamenca and La Zenia is still a hive of activity. For many northern Europeans the dream of life under southern sun has come with low prices in this area. Playa Flamenca also has an excellent weekly street market, held every Saturday where you can buy just about anything! It claims to be one of the biggest & best on the whole of the Costa Blanca.
