Property Description

Sleeping :The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the small room(Storage) next to the roof terrace, 1 double sofa bed located in the in the master bedroom, 1 double bunk bed located in the Bedroom (first Floor). This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. General :The house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Entertainment :The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Eating & Living :There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Smoking :Smoking is allowed in this house. Pets :Pets are welcome we've got ourselves a dog and a cat and if you are lucky, the cat Sylvestro will visit you for breakfast or just have a nap. Wheelchairs :Not suitable for wheelchairs

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a summer house, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.
