Bathrooms: Fully tiled en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and WC. Fully tiled main bathroom with bath and shower over and WC. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with brand new appliances, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave and other mod cons. Utility Room: Hoover, iron, mop and bucket, cot and highchair. Living Rooms: Light and airy living room with sofa bed and armchair, flat screen TV and freeview satellite. Sliding doors leading to pool terrace. Other: Dining area with table and 6 chairs, sliding doors leading to sun terrace. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Clean towels and linen provided on arrival, mid week clean for 2 week stays and cleaned on departure. Additional cleaning on request paid locally. All rooms have independent wall mounted air conditioning units. A cot and highchair iron and ironing board are also provided. The entrance to the villa is down a short set of steps from the private parking area. Set in 1500sqm and has parking for several cars with carport. The beautiful garden is well stocked with oleander plants watered by an automatic irrigation system. There is an outdoor wooden table and chairs together with sun loungers and umbrellas. A private 8x4 pool with tiled patio area. The closest beach is just 10 minutes away on foot. The main beach at Lindos offering water sports and boat trips is a few minutes away by car and no longer than 30 minutes by foot. Pefkos beach 5 minutes the other way has smooth golden sands and beautiful clear water. Tsambika is very popular and is said to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. It is only a 25 minute drive away.
