Located on the south-east part of Rhodes island (Lindos & Pefkos area). The villa is directly in front of "Lothiarika" beach, which is an excellent spot for swimming. Well kept gardens surround the villa and include, Barbecue area and facilities, gazebo (sheltered area) for relaxation, both adjoined to a private swimming pool with sunbeds. The studio is not given independently but only in demand of the client who has rented the villa and requires 1-5 persons more. There will be a 10% extra charge (calculated only on the price of the villa) for each person over than 9 people. Prices are for the property per day in Euros VAT included (7 days minimum stay). Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, free of charge. There will be bed sheets and towels. The preferred change over days are Saturday and Wednesday although all days can be accommodated. Appliances and facilities included in the villa are: air conditioning (all rooms), Jacuzzi bath tub, satellite TV, HiFi system, washing machine, dishwasher, water cooler, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, boiler, coffee machine, 2 refrigerators/freezer, dual energy water heating, iron/ironing board, money and jewellery safe, 2 cots, 8 sun beds next to the private pool, exterior showers, barbecue (area & facilities), central heating plus fire place (for the winter). Well kept gardens surround the villa and include, B-B-Q area and facilities, gazebo (sheltered area) for relaxation, both adjoined to a private swimming pool (40 sq meters or 430 sqft)with sunbeds. One of the few beachfront villas in the area. Located directly in front of 'Lothiarika' beach.

Suitable for 7 persons (up to 12 persons - when combined with the studio - see below). Bedrooms 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 double + one triple. Bathrooms 2 complete bathrooms 1 with Jacuzzi bathtub + one with shower. Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with dining area (air-con). Living Rooms A very spacious and comfortable lounge (air-con), with fireplace, hi-fi system and satellite TV. Other Ground floor - lounge, kitchen, one of the double bedrooms with bathtub Upper floor - remaining bedrooms and shower room. The villa is spacious and airy and provides central heating for the winter. Detached Studio Located next to the villa. Can sleep up to a further 5 persons. Accommodation A double bed, shower, kitchen and lounge. 2 seater sofa - converts to a semi double bed. 3 seater sofa - can sleep one more person Other Full air-con and as luxurious as the villa.
