The Different Accommodation to Choose From

Standard Units -  (With garden or swimming-pool view)

  • T1: (Located on the 1st floor) Consisting of bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Maximum capacity: 3 pax
    (Convertible bed for the 3rd person in the lounge)

  • T2: (Located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor) Identical to the above mentioned, with an additional bedroom. Maximum capacity: 4 pax

  • V2 and V3: (These units, on just 1 floor or duplex, are perfect for families) These units, bungalow type, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, differ from the T2 due to an additional bathroom ensuite and a roof terrace.

  • V2 - maximum capacity 5 pax | V3 - maximum capacity 7 pax (Convertible bed for the 5th or 7th person in the lounge) All units have washing machine, satellite TV and heating in every room.

Luxury Units - If you are fascinated by the sea choose one of these units. You will be amazed with the spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean.

These units are provided with high quality furnishings and equipment; particularly the kitchens, which besides the usual equipment of the standard units, have dishwasher and microwave available.

  • T1L: Comprises of lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Maximum capacity: 3 pax (Convertible bed in the lounge for the 3rd person)

  • V2L and V3L: (In just one floor or duplex) Comprises of lounge, kitchen, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one is ensuite - and terrace.

  • V2L - maximum capacity 5 pax | V3L - maximum capacity 7 pax (Convertible bed in the lounge for the 5th or 7th person)

Individual Units with Swimming Pool - These are very exclusive units, which offer great privacy and tranquility with their own garden and swimming-pool. They can have 3 or 4 bedrooms.  

  • The 3 bedrooms villas: These units consist of combined lounge/dining area, totally equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms plus a toilet adjacent to the lounge area, roof terrace with sea view and garage.

  • T he 4 bedrooms villas: As above have an additional bedroom and bathroom. Magnificent location on the cliff top. The view you can have either from the lounge or the bedrooms is an unique experience.

About the area around Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro is ideally situated for exploring the Algarve and for great days out at the Water-Slide Parks, Zoo Marine (Dolphin park), Krazy World,etc. For the sports-person there are 2 tennis courts on the complex plus the Algarve's excellent golf courses, horse-riding, and gym and exercise classes available at the nearby Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Rocha Brava. The apartment is situated between the popular fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Benagil - both 5 minutes by car. It is very close to a number of beautiful beaches, and thus enjoys the advantages of being near a busy centre yet set in the peace and tranquillity of the Algarve countryside. It's central situation makes exploring the Algarve easy, and don't forget that Lisbon and Seville are only 3 hrs. drive away, or can be reached by daily coach trips. For the sports-person there are two golf courses 5 minutes away, or the Tennis Club with coaching and exercise classes available all year round. The apartment is located 2km from the centre of Carvoeiro and is surrounded by countryside. Coming from Lagoa (4.5km), you turn off at the village of Poco Partido, onto the road to Benagil: a small, picturesque fishing village east of Carvoeiro. It is approx. 600m along the Benagil road in a pleasant, peaceful and secluded rural setting, of almond, carob, orange and fig trees. The apartment is approx 2km from the popular resort of Carvoeiro with its ever-popular street cafes, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. In the evening you can try the many wonderful restaurants serving fresh fish, grilled meat and fine wines. During the peak summer season there is entertainment every night in the village square. For shopping there is a large supermarket, Intermarche, just 5 mins by car.
