The Sand Club in South Tenerife offers you the best of both worlds. It's a very quiet complex although it is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk away from the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment of the Golf Del Sur. This one bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor is bright and airy and has pinewood furniture throughout. There are French doors leading from the lounge to the balcony. The main entrance to the apartment has steps leading up to the front door. One unusual feature of the apartment is the circular bath. It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for a golfing holiday. Lovely sea and pool views from the balcony and an excellent location make this an excellent base for your holiday in the sun

Property Features

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge is comfortably furnished with a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater Sofabed, a pinewood sideboard, satellite television, video, mini Hi-Fi system and a ceiling fan. From the lounge French doors lead to the balcony. In the Kitchen there are fitted units, a 4 ring electric hob, a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and breakfast bar with stools. Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed and is furnished with pinewood wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is also an iron and ironing board. Bathroom: The bathroom boasts a circular bath with shower, a wash basin, a bidet, a w.c., and a hairdryer. Balcony: The balcony offers a table and chairs with a parasol, sunbeds, and a clothes dryer. It overlooks the swimming pool and has good views of the Atlantic Ocean. Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.

Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a children´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table. The Sand Club in Golf Del Sur is a very quiet complex although a further attraction and one which makes this complex so popular, is that it is just around the corner from the main shopping area and all it's bars and restaurants. About the area around Golf del Sur

The charming resort of Golf del Sur is very prestigious with its cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants.  It is situated on the southern coastline of this beautiful island and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday for families and couples alike.  It is very well known as one of Europe's most famous golf courses and is also surrounded by superbly maintained landscaped gardens.  If you are not a golfer, then why not relax and soak up the sun on the new pebble beach or cool down with a drink from the beach front bar.  If you are looking for something a little more lively, then the larger resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just 15 minutes away. Proximity to the Commercial Centre and lovely sea views makes this a very popular complex. Anyone visiting the Golf must visit the restaurant within Sunset View with it’s cabaret bar style evening entertainment.
