The Sand Club offers you the best of both worlds. It's a very quiet complex although it is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk away from the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment. It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for golfers.  This two bedroom holiday apartment situated on the 1st floor is bright and airy and has pinewood furniture throughout. The spacious lounge area consists of a two seater settee and a three seater settee which turns into a sofa bed, satellite television, DVD player and a CD/Radio/Cassette player. Lovely sea and pool views from the balcony and an excellent location make this an excellent base for your holiday in the sun.

Property Features

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas. One is a two seater settee and the offer is a three seater sofabed. There is a dining table with chairs, satellite television, a DVD player, a radio/CD/cassette player and a ceiling fan. Doors lead to the main balcony which has both pool and sea views. In the Kitchen - newly fully-fitted - there is a full size oven & hob, a microwave, fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster. Bedrooms: One bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a side table, a mini Radio/CD player and a ceiling fan. It also has a small balcony    The 2nd bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. You will find an iron and ironing board stored in this room. Bathroom: Relax in a stylish circular bath with shower or if you really can´t put it off any longer you can wash your holiday gear in a the small automatic washing machine. The bathroom also has a wash basin, bidet and w.c. Balconies: There are two balconies. The main one off the lounge overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with a table and chairs and a clothes dryer and has views to the Atlantic Ocean. The other small balcony is off one bedroom and has a table and chairs for two. Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.

Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a child´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table. The Sand Club in Golf Del Sur is a very quiet complex although a further attraction and one which makes this complex so popular, is that it is just around the corner from the main shopping area and all it's bars and restaurants. About the area around Golf del Sur

The charming resort of Golf del Sur is very prestigious with its cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants.  It is situated on the southern coastline of this beautiful island and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday for families and couples alike.  It is very well known as one of Europe's most famous golf courses and is also surrounded by superbly maintained landscaped gardens.  If you are not a golfer, then why not relax and soak up the sun on the new pebble beach or cool down with a drink from the beach front bar.  If you are looking for something a little more lively, then the larger resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just 15 minutes away. It is a fantastic base for your holiday and is home to some fantastic villas and bungalows where you will really appreciate the peace and quiet.  Nearby is San Blas  - a lively place with more restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurants, Golf Del Sur's only nightclub and of course beaches.  Sunset View is the term used for the road that drops down towards the sea to San Blas and is also the name of the complex opposite. Proximity to the Commercial Centre and lovely sea views makes this a very popular complex. Anyone visiting the Golf must visit the restaurant within Sunset View with it’s cabaret bar style evening entertainment.
