Inside there are 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 singles), 1 bathroom with toilet and wash basin, a shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin, a separate fully fitted kitchen and large comfortable lounge/diner with Satellite TV offering Sky freeview channels, DVD, and hi-fi. The property is double glazed, with oil fired central heating and air conditioning. There are fans in both bedrooms. The property sleeps 5 and has a bed settee in the lounge. Empuriabrava is a beautiful holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region directly by the sea directly by the lake, in a busy position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from frontera francesa. Supermarket, shops, butchers, bakers, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Fitness centre. Access: access via a good road. Railway station "Figueres".
