This wonderful holiday apartment is a 5 minutes walk down the hill to the beautiful sandy beach of Bahia Casares, on the Costa del Sol, which then stretches both ways for miles of uninterrupted sunbathing and swimming. A cot is available at this apartment in Southern Spain. This beautifully furnished apartment has great views, is entered from the ground floor and is all on one floor. The apartment is equipped with heaters, blinds and fans. The communal pool is just outside the front door and is private to the development. A large terrace, where there is a patio table and four chairs and BBQ, has both an area that is shaded area all day and an area with sun all day. The apartment has an en-suite main bedroom, as well as a second twin bedroom and further bathroom - both bathrooms have a bath, shower and WC in them. The lounge has 2 sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player which will play CD's, DVD's and MP3.The kitchen contains dishwasher, iron board, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster etc. No pets allowed. No smoking – Although smoking would be permitted on the terrace.

About the area around Estepona

At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore.
