 Nestled between coconut palms in Phuket's stunning and exclusive Cape Panwa, this luxury private beachfront villa provide a luxurious, exclusive and comfortable place to stay on the most beautiful and sought after part of Phuket. Given that Phuket is an island, it's amazing how few properties are located on the beach. There are many properties that are ‘just a five minute walk to the beach’ or ‘a quick drive to the beach’ but this one is literally on-the-beach. This is a brand new 282 sq. m villa, completed in July 2007. It therefore has all the latest facilities including 42” Plasma TVs and DVD/home theatre in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom is very spacious and features a bath from which you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Panwa Bay. There is a large patio for you to enjoy al-fresco dining and a bedroom-level balcony for watching the Bay’s lights at night. The house sleeps 6 people in the beds provided with the option of adding a 7th person in a camp bed. There is also an infant’s cot and high chair available. The villa is tastefully decorated with white marble tiles on the living-level and wood-strip flooring on the bedroom level. All bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling in white marble and all walls in the house are white. The double beds are all king-size with leather trimming, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and there’s remote-controlled A/C in all rooms, as well as fans. You have a fully equipped western kitchen and dining facilities inside and outside. The living room is upholstered in black leather with rugs and side-tables. This villa is on the third tier of the development and has a great panoramic view over the Panwa bay. Benefiting from its height, you can easily relax and enjoy the cool sea breeze and have easy access to the beach and pool. Outside the villa has beautifully manicured gardens and a huge 40m lap-pool that’s purified by salt-water (not sea-water) as opposed to chlorine; this is said to have beneficial effects on the skin and eyes. The pool is fringed with sun-beds and umbrellas for those who wish to get a tan. Two metres beyond the pool is the beautiful Panwa beach. This beach makes for a very relaxing walk and is the perfect start and end to your day. The villa also has docking stations for i-Pods and a Sony Playstation available on request at no extra cost. Also available is a free DVD library with a selection of well over 1,200 movies.

The location provides peace and quiet whilst you’re at home, with nightlife on your doorstep when you need it. The setting is rural, in a Thai fishing community where there are restaurants down on the beach but, life here moves at a relaxed pace. In stark contrast, Phuket Town is only a 10-mins drive away and has many vibrant bars and superb restaurants. For those who wish to shop or party in the more conventional tourist resorts of Karon, Patong and other busy West coast towns, these are easily reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The Thai food here is something special. There is a beach bar and restaurant only 2 mins walk away along the beach and one on the mountain cliff overlooking the bay – just 2 mins walk away. Within a 20 minutes’ drive there are a plethora of beachfront restaurants that specialize in seafood and other traditional Thai dishes. For those who are not keen on Thai food we also have a selection of very good French, Italian, Japanese and international restaurants nearby.

About the Area

Patong beach is the most famous of Phuket's beaches. It is located on the West Coast of Phuket  The tropical beach is 4 km long deep inside a protective bay, ringed with high green lush green mountains. The white sand and the water is very clean despite this is the most developed beach on the island. The bungalow complexes, restaurants, shops and vibrant nightspots appealing to all tastes are lined up to the seafront. Phuket is Thailand's largest island and lies in the Andaman Sea off the country's south-western coast. The island is connected to the Thai mainland by a bridge, but has retained a distinct culture fused from Chinese and Portuguese influences combining with the culture of the sea-gypsy people. The island's terrain varies from rocky beaches and long, broad sweeps of sand to limestone cliffs and forested hills. It has great beaches, tropical vegetation and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The main resorts include Patong, Karon and Kata, but even more beautiful beaches are scattered all around the island. Roads radiate from Phuket Town, in the south-east of the island, making it a good base for exploring. Don't ignore the island's interior which has rice paddies, plantations of rubber and cashew nut, cacao, pineapple and coconut, as well as Phuket's last slice of rainforest.
