The front door leads into the bright and spacious lounge, which has bed settee (can sleep 2) and arm chair.  The lounge easily seats 5 and has TV, DVD player with selection of DVD's.  The lounge also has a CD Player, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.  The lounge is open plan and also has a dining table that seats 5 people.  To the front are sliding patio doors providing access to the large balcony with table, chairs, shaded roof area and outside lighting.  Ideal for alfresco dining and watching the sunset over Playa Flamenca. The fully fitted kitchen has sink and drainer, electric oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave.  It is fully equipped with electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all cutlery and crockery. Separate door to utility room with washing machine. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, double sliding wardrobes and air-conditioning. Fully tiled family bathroom with four piece suite. Bath with shower mixer and shower curtain, basin, toilet and bidet. Internal stairs to the twin bedroom which alos has air-conditioning and patio doors to the roof terrace. The large private roof terrace benefits from all day sun and has panoramic views over Playa Flamenca.  Sunbeds and a BBQ are provided to make your holiday perfect. With full use of the lovely large communal swimming pool and gardens with shaded umbrellas this is truly a value for money holiday home.

About the area around Playa Flamenca

Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca.  Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
